We are not exactly foodies, but Arbour Restaurant on Hibbard Avenue pretty much blew us away. It is hands down, the best meal(s) I have had in the Philippines. (I also realize we are late to the party on this and most folks in Dumaguete already know how good Arbour is.) Thanks to Jan and Jenny and all all the courteous staff/students at Arbour for making our Saturday date day extra special (and deelish)!
