Lebanese Arayes (which apparently means “bride and groom”) are a delicious marriage of spicy, aromatic meat filling encased in a golden, crisp panfried pita. These easy and amazing flatbreads are served with a tahini yogurt sauce, and just might become your favorite hot sandwich that’s not really a hot sandwich. Enjoy!
