Fudge Sundae pie

Fudge Sundae Pie
CRUST
¼ c. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2½ c. Rice Krispies
FILLING
¼ c. peanut butter
¼ c. fudge sauce (hot fudge ice cream
3 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 qt. ice cream
topping in desserts)
CRUST Combine syrup, brown sugar and butter and stir until thoroughly mixed. Add Rice Krispies and mix until well coated. Press in 9" pie pan to form crust. Freeze.
FILLING Stir together peanut butter, fudge and maple syrup. Spread half over Rice Krispy crust, and freeze until firm. Allow ice cream to soften slightly. Layer ice cream over crust, freeze until firm. Warm remaining peanut butter/fudge mixture slightly and add enough cream or milk to make it runny enough to drizzle. Drizzle over the top of the ice cream. Freeze.
