Soil temperatures are getting into the 50's across most of the transition zone, definitely in the warm season. So while you're preparing to put out your preemergent, you should consider putting out two products from our biostim packs. It still may be too soon for your first fertilizer application, but these two products will ease your lawn from dormancy to that first application. You will be building your roots and unlocking nutrients in the soil. This application will feed the soil, and as temperatures continue to rise, you should see a color response as nutrients are made available to the grass.
