Last year Apple brought out 2 new devices based on their standard M2 processor, the MacBook Air and the MacBook Pro 13inch.

With such a considerable amount of similarities between the two devices, including the price, it seems an odd choice for apple to split their own market.

Question is, which one is the better choice?

EDIT: Upon upload I realised there are two things I missed, the first is that the Pro ships with a 67W charger vs the Air’s 30W charger, but more importantly the Air has an improved 1080p camera hidden within the notch vs the 13inch Pro’s 720p FaceTime camera a major upgrade in this era of working from home.
