Ingredients: (mold diameter 22 cm)
Flour 250 g / 1.5 cups
Baking powder 1 tsp
Butter (cold) 100g / 3.5oz
Egg 1 piece
Salt a pinch
Sugar 4 tbsp
Sour cream / yogurt 2 tbsp

Stuffing:
Apples 3 4 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Sugar 4 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tbsp
Sour cream 250 g / 8.8 oz.
Almond flakes optional

Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 50 minutes
