Ginger Shot:
23 lemons
12 thumbs of ginger
cayenne pepper optional
Celery Juice:
2 stalks of celery (1 is enough)
Anti Inflammatory Juicing Recipe:
1/4 Pineapple
1/2 inch of ginger
1/2 tumeric
1 grape fruit
1 lemon
Put through your juicer and enjoy over ice or at room temperature!
