Over 170 cats were found in deplorable conditions and required immediate rescuing. After receving a call from The Humane Society of the United States (HSUS), Cat Depot's Emergency Response Team (CDERT) immediately jumped into action and began the 753mile journey to Mississippi.

We are fortunate to provide assistance during times of need, but we cannot do it without your support. All 18 cats arriving from Mississippi have varying medical issues from conjunctivitis to dental disease. Each cat will receive care and support from our dedicated staff before being made available for adoption.
