Hi. I have a really sad update, after months of vet appointments, and dental surgery, my sweet little 13yearold kitty, and best friend, Cookie has been diagnosed with Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma (a fastgrowing type of mouth cancer) and in the last week her health has rapidly declined.

I am so heartbroken. She has been my best friend and constant companion since I was 11 years old.

I am currently working on compiling photos and videos of Cookie to create a memorial video to honor her life and all the joy she has brought to all of us.

In her 13 years, with her special and sweet spirit, she has helped nurture and comfort many foster kittens and has been a motherly figure in their lives.

You might be familiar with our video of Cookie meeting the foster kitten Moo for the first time in our Angry Kitten video. If you haven’t seen that yet, here is a link:    • ANGRY KITTEN!  

Little Moo was very spicy and had an angry reaction to sweet Cookie, but later the two got to be good friends, and Moo eventually decided she liked Cookie.

These last few days here, it’s been a big comfort to me, to get a chance to express and process some of my emotions by working on making a custom design to memorialize my sweet cat Cookie.

If you would like to help us remember Cookie and share your love for her, I currently have customs available to order on Etsy of Cookie, and you can even pair her with a tiny little kitten of Moo.

The Cookie customs may only be limited edition, depending on how emotional it is for me to work on hand painting these customs after she has passed. But we’ll see. I’m hoping this will be therapeutic for me to work on these.

It may take me some time to process everything but I do plan to make a sweet video for Cookie showing all my favorite photos and videos of her over the years.
