Anger from and through time of my life. I have been feeling a lot of anger recently, coming in little bursts throughout my day and week. It's okay, we all feel anger, but we rarely express it in forms where one can move through this anger. Where one must not bottle. I feel my anger stems from me not following my boundaries. I constantly saying yes to things and try to help others whilst Ignoring my own dreams, beliefs, and wants. I don't want to drink beer and wine and alcohol. I don't want to talk shit. I don't want to fake myself anymore. I just want to be me, unapologetically. And, I find it so hard. It's so hard to commit to me. Up Until NOW. I have not fully committed to me. Now, I choose to fully commit to me. Jusqua, jusqua, jusqua. Maintenant! COMMITT TO ME, COMMITT TO YOU.
