The session begins with the chanting of three shlokas (prayers), then touches on the Mahavakyas (The Great sayings) from the Upanishads and ventures into the Gita interspersed with humorous and absorbing stories to hold your attention.
The session ends with a Q and A session where Sri M answers a range of questions from the practical: Instructions on how to cook food, advice on how youngsters can be introduced to this wisdom and to the ethereal: The different levels of chanting the Gayatri mantra and many more.
