I know this isn't my usual video, but I got the urge to make this and wanted to share it. I don't hide that I struggle with mental health issues. In fact, most people likely do, so the more of us that talk about it, the better.

Anxiety, depression, and ADHD are not to be underexaggerated. They are serious health issues that affect millions of people. If you are struggling with mental health, please talk to someone, and seek professional help.
