Amelia Earhart was best known for reaching new heights as the first woman to fly solo over the Atlantic. As a child she was very adventurous and preferred unconventional activities. Her ambition took her to the skies. She learned how to fly and bought her first plane called, "the Canary". Unfortunately, during her attempt to fly around the world, she disappeared on July 3, 1937 with her navigator, Fred Noonan. Both remain missing to this day. #Biography
