Honestly, the assembly for this pole took longer than it needed to. It was frustrating at times so I had to take breaks to keep myself from getting too irritated lol. Got it up I think the next day (or the day after that) from when I started putting the pole together.
Overall, the process was maybe 23 hours of actual working time. Including using the stud finder to locate the beams in the ceiling. If I used the right extension pole and understood the whole screwing to the ceiling process, I could have easily cut the assembly time in half.
I think the key is making sure you have 1) the right extension pole for your ceiling height, 2) a stud finder, 3) tape measure, and 4) a leveler (I used an app on my phone to save money).
