The biggest new feature of the Amazon Fire HD 10 2023 is that it supports a pen now. You can use it with the same stylus that works with the Amazon Fire Max 11 or with any other pen that supports USI 2 technology.

Besides that, not much has changed with the tablet. We still get a rugged design, a 10inch fullHD display, good enough hardware, and no Google Play Store. Its biggest feature continues to be its cheap price.
