Clients who contact me about Amazon Brand Registrations usually have two issues:
1. Another seller is improperly trying to shut them down; or
2. They've discovered that another Amazon seller is trading off my Client's brand.

When you have a Registered US Trademark, you're in control.

WARNING:
If you deal with Amazon yourself, you only get a few communications with their Brand department before they ignore your letters!
