Lemon Salmon
Oven:
1 Salmon Fillet
1 TBS of olive or avacado oil
Zest of 2 Lemons
Sea Salt
375 Degrees for 1015 minutes or until flaky
OR cut off the skin and put on kabobs on the grill
Lemon Water Punch
Ice
1 Gallon Water
2 cups sugar
2 tsp citric acid (https://amzn.to/3xo9Jaj)
2 tsp lemon extract
Roasted Veggies
Cut up veggies
Toss with Avacado oil and salt
Massage the oil into the veggies
400 F for 30 minutes
