Amazing Oatmeal Cake With Chocolate And Banana | No Gluten No Sugar | Healthy Dessert

Take oats, cocoa and bananas and make this amazing dessert! Without sugar, without flour
A dessert with few ingredients in 10 minutes! Eat glutenfree, sugarfree and enjoy this amazing dessert!

Here is what you'll need!

INGREDIENTS
For the cake:
120g Rolled oats
240ml Milk, hot
2 Bananas (200g)
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon honey/maple syrup
For topping:
100g Dark chocolate
60ml Milk
Nuts of choice

PREPARATION
1. Make the cake: Preheat oven to 180C (350F). Grease a 20cm round pan and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, place rolled oats, pour in milk and allow to soak for 15 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl, mash bananas, add eggs and whisk until combined. Add cocoa powder, baking powder, honey/maple syrup, and mix until combined.
4. Pour soaked oats into the bowl with mashed bananas and mix until combined.
5. Pour the batter to prepared pan and bake for 2530 minutes.
6. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then release from the pan and allow to cool completely.
7. Make the topping: chop the chocolate and transfer into a heatproof bowl. pour in hot milk, allow to sit for 12 minutes and mix until melted and smooth. Drizzle the chocolate over the cake.
8. Chop the nuts and sprinkle over the cake.
9. Serve and enjoy!
