Possible music genre in future scenario:


1. 2020s: Jazz music revived because Roaring 20’s and Hatsune Miku concert will be a peak for Vocaloid around between 2026 ~ 2027. However rest of genres are the same as the current in year 2023.

2. 2030s to 2060s: There will be less lyrics and more instrumental in future. It will be mostly experimental sound. The pop music will be declined in that era.

3. 2070s: It will root back to renaissance, classical, and romantic era of music but with animethemed, melancholic and emotional melody. People will feel nuisance and will have negative emotions over autonomous noises. People may think electronic noises sound ‘very unpleasant.’ These generations will be the “new boomers”. However, this decade will become the most beautiful, angelic, holiness, psychic, and transcendental music in future history.

4. 2080s to 2090s: These era will be more on ‘new wave’ of 1980s and 1990s ‘ambientsynthwave’. Basically it is the progressive version of retrocyberpunk sound.

5. 22nd century and beyond: There’ll be mostly eerie ambient music after 22nd century. They will run out of their idea and most people won’t produce making music. It is the beginning of music industry decline and human extinction on Earth but they will transfer to Mars or any other habitable planets. Humans are aware the world will end soon so they put scary ambient sound. Also the unfamiliar music will be produced by the A.I. robots. The Earth will become inhabitable just like from “WallE” movie.
