[Update on Incorrect Pitch]: An investigation found that the frame rate was exported too low, causing the lower pitch. The current video editing software has limitations on the frame rates we are allowed to be exported. We managed some sort of a fix for new videos for now, but perhaps when we manage to afford to acquire an Adobe Premiere Pro license that would a longterm solution.
