In these cashstrapped times, we all need a helping hand with the bills and a friendly face to brighten our day, don’t we?

We paid a visit to The Market Place last week and got both! We met one of our friendly volunteers, Syd, who showed us how the shop works and the amazing basketful you can get for just £3.

Becoming a member of The Market Place is easy. Just pop into the shop next to the library in Speke (open Tuesday 101, Wednesday 1012 and Thursday 24) and we’ll have you saving money in no time!
