Hi, I'm Suzie, welcome to I RUN THINGS. I am a 48 year old woman who discovered running in October 2016 thanks to a dare with her brother. Since then I have improved my 5k time by 8 mins, my 10k time by 19 mins, my half by 22 mins and my marathon time by 38 mins; so I am living proof getting older doesn't mean getting slower.
