Las #alergias son una reacción del sistema inmunitario en respuesta a los #alergenos alimentarios o ambientales, en ocasiones es por una predisposición genética y es el resultado desafortunado de la evolución de la respuesta inmunitaria con IgE en contra de #parasitos metazoarios.
