We'll share some super easy, simple, and delicious recipes at the end of this video. Perfect for those busy weekdays when you're short on time but still want to serve up something wholesome. and snacksize. Also, great appetizers for the Superbowl, which we most likely won't watch this year.

Let's do some Shopping, Meal Prep, and Cooking!

Mixed Greens for Salad
Spinach and Arugula for Omelets
Cauliflower and Dip
Avacado Pudding

Guacamole:

6 Avocados
1 Cup Tomatoes, Diced
1 Cup Red Onion, Diced
4 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, Finely Chopped
4 Garlic, Minced
3 Lime, Juiced
Drizzle of Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
I tsp Ground Cumin

✨Cauliflower Buffalo Bites:

3 Heads of Cauliflowers
3 Cups Almond Flour
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 1/2 Cups Buffalo Sauce
Onion Powder
2 Cups Milk
8 Tbsp Butter, melted
Raw Honey

Bake at 425 °F | 30 mins for a softer texture or cook longer for a crispier texture

Cheese Burger Bites / Meatballs:

3 lb ground Lamb
3 lb Ground beef
2 Packs of Bacon
1 Cup Pork Rinds
Six eggs
1 Half Red Onion Diced
3 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper

Bake at 375 until internal temperature
reaches 160 °F

Chicken Taco 7 Layered Dip:

16 oz Cream Cheese
3 Cups Cheese, Shredded (we used aged cheddar & Pepper jack)
24 Tbsp Taco seasoning
3 Cups Cooked and Shredded Chicken
1 16 oz Jar Salsa
Green onions, Diced
Kalamata olives

Refrigerate until lightly hardened or leave out for a softer dip (you can also warm this dish up and melt the cheese, which is so good!)

Apples for Homemade Applesauce
Juice to have with Breakfast
Mandarin Oranges for Snacking
Celery for Bone Broth and Ants on a log
Blueberry Clusters
Blueberries for Snacking
Condiments
Baby Food for Snacks
