It takes a lot of wood and a LOT of work to keep a cabin in Alaska warm all winter! Today we set out to fall two BIG birch trees on the property. Not only do we need the firewood to heat the cabin but the trees also obscure the beautiful view out over the pond. Let's get the chainsaws, the fourwheeler and the axe out and get to work. Will we ever get our truck unstuck?
