The intent of this video is to review characteristics, tactics, case studies, and the combat effectiveness of airtoair phosphorus bombing in WWII. Airtoair phosphorus bombing was never really a threat to bombers, given the precise release conditions need for lethal pellet strikes. The Japanese abandoned this attack method later in the war, due to its ineffectiveness.
