Air Fryer Dinner Rolls:

280 grams all purpose flour (2 cups)
1/2 tsp salt
200 grams milk ( 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp)
7 grams dry yeast ( or 1 sachet)
45 grams butter ( 3 tbsp)

For the egg wash:

1 beaten egg
1 tbsp milk

For when the buns are done baking:

23 tbsp Melted butter
