Microsoft Modern Work Business Director Lucy Debono has discussed AI proficiency now being used in employee profiles.

“It spans kind of across age groups in the workforce… experimenting and upskilling with AI,” Ms Debono told Sky News Business Editor Ross Greenwood.

“Increase of 142 per cent of LinkedIn members are now posting AI skills and AI related learning to their profiles.

“I think employers in some cases are bringing skilling into the workforce here.”
