No wonder they say January is divorce month. I often get messages of heartache but I got a lot more during this month. I’m sorry it’s been such a heavy and uncertain time for so many of you. Often I'm asked for enlightenment and when does it get better and how to get out of the dark pit. I could spend hours and hours unpacking but it really boils down to not letting myself lose hope. Through the good, bad and ugly; I just HAVE to trust that this is part of my journey and I WILL grow through it. That the pain is temporary. 3 years on, I’m still processing and I probably will be for many years to come. Some of you are still healing after almost a decade after all. Be patient and graceful with your heart. It’s gone through so much but it’s strong and resilient and has always helped you to overcome and heal. Trust your journey. You got this. We got this. You're not alone in this.

Anyways, I hope January has been kind to you. I’ve been spending this month doing lots of reading and listening to music. Particularly music from Music Travel Love. How it soothes the soul. No matter how busy life gets, take time to do things that make your heart smile. Whether it’s a walk in nature, a brain fog clearing run or a nourishing meal. 2023 has so much love, abundance and opportunities waiting for you! I know 2023 is going to be such a transformative year for so many of us.
