The Cat Adoption Centre is officially REOPEN!
Fortunately the Welland SPCA has been given the green light to reopen this awesome location that helps immensely with rehoming the cats at the shelter.
Lucky for me I was able to meet Perry, a green eyed friendly boy who just loves to love!
One of my favourite things about this cutie was his distinct black spots on the bottoms of his feet. Did you catch them in this video?
