HMAS Yarra (IV) recently marked 21 years of service since its commissioning on 1 March 2003 and continues to provide service as one of four Huonclass Minehunters Coastal (MHC) vessels.

Following routine maintenance at her homeport of HMAS Waterhen on Sydney Harbour, the ship will enter a workup period before conducting deep diving serials with the other Minehunter Coastal vessels at sea.
