Do this before expansion:
1. Create an overflow of clients.
2. Make all potential clients submit intake forms.
3. Hire an employee for new van/ trailer and begin training.
4. Let all existing clients know about the new groomer.
5. Let new employee go out as a groomer before new van/ trailer comes.
6. Open up an additional day on the schedule to create overflow of work.
7. Figure out if you will give them old clients, new clients, or both.
8. Reach out to all clients on waiting list and send the booking link once you have the date of arrival of the new van / trailer.
9. Keep on advertising and marketing your services and business.
10. Get very clear on all expenses and re budget to understand income and profit.
11. Make sure to save up for first couple of months until you build a full route.
