YouTuber and professional strongman Brian Shaw (@SHAWSTRENGTH), recently bought his dream truck, a 2002 Ford Excursion with a 7.3 diesel engine, but we couldn't let him drive it around in the thin air of Colorado without giving it every opportunity to breathe freely and get horsepower to the wheels.
