it can be so frustrating when you're doing everything right but nothing works. but i've been struggling with acne for 6 years and it taught me so much patience and resilience. it taught me to appreciate what i have in every moment by reminding me that everything is temporary. i just NOW learned how to stop letting my acne affect my selfesteem. so instead of letting your skin define you, let it teach you how to love yourself at your best and "worst." and remember to never compare yourself to unrealistic beauty standards, they just put fake ideals in your head. you're not alone, so many people struggle with acne! our skin protects us and we need to learn to love it
