I have learned that although a diagnosis may change us, it is important to take time to grieve our former selves. Doing this allowed me to find acceptance and ultimately led me to grow into the person that I am today.

I want to open up this sound to anyone who wants to use it to show how proud you are of yourself on your own journey of acceptance.
