this felt a bit personal to post, as it’s all about me hehe ! but i hope it inspires all of u high school seniors who are considering making a video portfolio for your brown university application.

i applied to brown university through the questbridge and common application, and at the time, i wasn’t able to do an interview (i applied to the questbridge match) so i submitted this instead! and i don’t regret that decision... AT ALL. i enjoyed making this film, and apparently my admissions officer enjoyed watching it, just as i did making it.

interviews are definitely amazing ways to get to know the school and have the school get to know u, but i definitely think there is a ton of value in submitting a video supplement, to provide a visual for your application, to craft a clear image of yourself for the admissions officer to see.
