Abundance Is A Choice posits two beliefs: the first is that our mindset determines whether we live a life of abundance or a life of poverty and the second is that we can choose our mindset.
The speaker, Elaine Starling, describes the wakeup call a stroke gave her at age 43. This triggered a crash course in personal development resulting in an epiphany, adoption of an abundance mindset and a life transformed.
