Thiruvarul Thara is a Kriti of Ramesh Vinayakam in the new raga that he invented Beethovanapriya. This raga is purely based on the first section of Fur Elise the incredible composition of Ludwig Van Beethoven. Ramesh Vinayakam composed this Kriti as a "Hypothetical Compostion of Beethoven had he be born in the South Indian music city of Tanjavur instead of Bonn, Germany and had he the same idea of Fur Elise !
The Raga Beethovanapriya is made only of the notes of Fur Elise but with gamaka inflections to make it completely Indian proving his conviction of all music is one!
