I received this 1947 to 1949 Studebaker in trade from a friend of mine. Story has it that a local Studebaker dealer owner was in the process of restoring the car. The family let the car go and then it was passed around a few times before I got the pleasure of owning it. The flathead six cylinder engine was supposedly just recently rebuilt. You can tell they were starting to do "bodywork" and had removed most of the trim. It's got a 3 speed overdrive manual transmission and rear suicide doors. Other than that, I don't know much about it. So stay around a while. And lets see if we can get this thing running!
