This new product developed and launched by Tusca Outdoors is made with high density foam and a bed liner spray. Each unit is only 190 pounds and runs $2750 on Tusca's website. Mounting options for truck beds are still in development.

I got the opportunity to talk with the cofounders of Tusca Outdoors at the Great American Outdoor Show a week and a half ago. With how much I travel in the F250, having a truck cap and sleeper that is insulated and water tight would be a huge upgrade over my current fiber glass cap!
