We have all heard sitting is the new smoking, and yet while many people say they understand the ramifications of this, most are doing very little about it. So in this video I talk about why we need to seriously heed this warning, look at just how much you actually sit in a typical day, why even going to the gym 7 days a week isn’t the answer. Then I take you on a tour of both my furniture free home as well as my AnthroDesk workspace.

I hope you will get some ideas on how you can start to increase your daily movement and decrease your static life, and start to think about how you can change your environment to passively increase your NEAT (nonexercise activity thermogenesis) and daily range of motions.
