We are back with a all new floorplan by the name of the Martin. This tiny home is truly spectacular with features unlike any other. When looking at this home on the exterior the cool toned blue/grey exterior gives a calming effect that relaxes the body. to give it a contrast of warmth of cedar accents around as well as 6x6 cedar posts on the porch. The kitchen has a open layout with all upgraded stainless steel appliances. We did an option of blue lower cabinets and white upper cabinets to match the limited run Casa Blanca tile backsplash that is also continued through to the main bathroom.
When you make your way towards the back of the home you get to the first bedroom, as showcased in the video with our limited run fold away bed that is designed perfectly to fit in the cabinets. If you don't want to use this first room as a bedroom it also makes a great store room or office. Now don't worry, just because we have some extra features added that doesn't mean you're loosing out on space in the master. The master bedroom is built for a queen sized bed with built in night stands on both sides, placed on a white painted shiplap wall. Accessed from the master bedroom is the half bath, with plenty of storage space and another shiplap accent wall behind the mirror. Just when you think that might be all, we have one more surprise to give you. A walkin closet, that's right we designed this RV park Model to have a full walk in closet equipped with built in shelves and rods.
