Heather spent close to 12 years in prison for drugrelated charges. The ICAN program changed her life on so many levels. It gave her trust, confidence, courage, faith, and a renewed sense of purpose. All of this through the conduit of a dog many of them. This is a beautiful testimony. Be sure to grab some Kleenexes.
