Have you ever wondered what it feels like to watch a sunrise or sunset from an off grid houseboat that’s beached on an island? We were lucky to catch this relaxing sunrise on our Lake Lanier houseboat on Memorial Day weekend as boating season officially kicked off in the southern U.S. Captivating sunrises are what we live for when out on an off grid houseboat adventure, and we are thankful for each one we get to experience here on this Earth.

Last year, Deep Houseboat Life released six Golden Hour Houseboat Sessions set to chill music sets to some beautiful summer vibes sunrises and sunsets we were lucky to see from our houseboat on Lake Lanier. So why continue to make these videos set to music? One of the big things we initially bonded over when we first met was our mutual love for music of all kinds, and especially deep house music (hence the Deep Houseboat Life channel name).

As part of this channel, we want to share our love of music and nature with you. We periodically release curated houseboat chill music playlists, including some of our favorite tracks we’ve used in our videos, set to sunrises and sunsets and other scenes from our houseboat and boating adventures. The other videos on our channel are from our heads, while these golden hour houseboat music sessions are very much good vibes from our hearts.
