8 chicken legs.
Salt to taste.
0.7 ounces (20 g) butter.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
Fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side until golden.
1 cup wine.
Cook over low heat under a lid for 20 minutes.

14 fluid ounces (400 ml) cream.

1/3 teaspoon black pepper.
2 teaspoons oregano.
1 teaspoon curry.
1 teaspoon paprika.
Cook for another 10 minutes over low heat under a closed lid.
A bunch of parsley.
