Cole is a spinal cord injury survivor who is now a quadriplegic. While rehabbing after his accident Cole saw Charisma, who worked at the clinic. He instantly experienced butterflies in his stomach and felt drawn to her.
Charisma is now Cole’s wife and caregiver. She hopes that when others hear their story, they see the two are in love and have a beautiful marriage.
