Continuing our exploration of the Draconis system with the Lukari captain, Kuumaarke and their first explorer vessel, we encounter a strange planet. One that is seemingly M class, with signs of an entire civilization, but no organic matter and evidence of protomatter.
Then time travel gets involved with the emergence of a 23rd century Starfleet starbase.
