Germany has announced a new military aid package for Ukraine. According to the German government, the list includes, among other things, drones and artillery shells.
Here is the full list of the contents of the new military aid package:
1 Warthog allterrain vehicle;
2 WISENT 1 demining vehicles ;
6,000 155 mm caliber shells;
16 Vector reconnaissance drones;
30 RQ35 Heidrun reconnaissance drones;
30 sets of drone countermeasures;
11 mobile demining systems;
3 mine trawls;
70 infrared cameras;
680 Haenel MK556 assault rifles;
120 Haenel CR308 rifles;
24 boat engines;
50 Haenel HLR338 sniper rifles;
1,000,000 rounds of ammunition for small arms;
5,000 detonators;
Germany is helping Ukraine through supplies to the Bundeswehr and industry funded by the Federal Government.
In February, General Carsten Breuer, Inspector General of the German Armed Forces, promised Oleksandr Syrskyi, CommanderinChief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, over 100 million euros in shortterm support for Ukraine. A day later, the German government updated the list of military aid to Ukraine.
