Unsure whether these sticky self adhesive 'peel and stick' tiles are any good? Well we wondered too, and this week we use them to tile our van conversions kitchen and decorate with some posh paste the wall wallpaper.

There's no doubt that using these peel and stick subway tiles are quicker and easier for the novice; plus they are a lot lighter. On paper they seem like a fantastic idea, despite this we weren't totally sold as we began using them. But you need tiles in van life, and these are super popular and affordable.

We have also selected some new wallpaper this week, as we wanted to inject a pop of colour in our van conversion. This was new to us; not least as it is a paste the wall type of paper. We were then left with a problem of how to finish the edges between the tile and paper.

Like most things we are novices at this, and just wanted to share how we did it. Let us know what you think in the comments.
