Today's sudoku is a new gem from Dying Flutchman called 159 Thermo. It's fair to say that the introduction to thermometers really freshens up the logic to the standard 159 sudoku and this one is pretty amazing. You can play the puzzle at the following link:

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Along thermometers, digits increase from the bulb end. Digits in column 1 indicate the column in which the digit 1 appears in that row. (eg if r4c1 is a 6, r4c6 is a 1). The applies to columns 5 and 9 with the digits 5 and 9 respectively.

This puzzle is incredible, one of the best we've ever seen. But it does contain an enormous ruleset especially if the rules are fully explained.
